Chelsea Canning has over 18 yrs experience in Case Management, Mental Health and Clinical Work in Private Practice CM, Discharge Planning, Skilled Nursing Facilities & Psychiatric Assessments.

Specialties

Ms Canning specializes in Family Conflict, Mental Health, and coordination of complicated medical care and conditions. Chelsea is an Advanced Level Practitioner in Geriatric Care Management and Certified Case Manager. She is also a practicing therapist with offices in Manhattan Beach and El Segundo.
