The good news is, there is no cost to talk to us. We offer a free initial phone consultation so you can determine if we are a good fit. Once you decide to move forward, our credentialed experts will meet with you to do an in depth assessment, and design a personalized support plan that matches your family’s needs and budget.

Every one of our clients requires a different type of care. That’s why we offer hourly rates for “on demand” care and discounted monthly plans for regularly scheduled care.

When weighing the cost of senior care services, it’s important to consider that not only do we care for your loved one directly by attending doctor’s appointments, implementing a care plan consistent with the medical diagnosis, and doing regular wellness visits, but we oversee our client’s home care team to make sure medicine is being administered properly. We even have a Registered Nurse on staff for medication management.

We are dedicated to identifying and fixing problems. Our goal is for your loved one to experience an improvement in quality of life, and feel empowered to continue living in the home they love. If living at home is not an option, we ensure that optimal care is being provided at an assisted living facility. Family members can breathe a sign of relief knowing their loved one is in good hands.

Our rates for home care management services are not covered by Medicare or private health insurance, and are considered an out-of-pocket expense. However many of our clients claim the cost is mitigated by beneficial (cost saving) changes we make in their day-to-day care, and can often be covered by a Health Savings Account or Long Term Care Insurance. We recommend you research further to make that determination based on your individual financial situation.

We identify areas of wasteful, redundant, and excessive spending, educate caretakers to help them properly administer care, and eliminate practices that are medically unsound. When it comes to the health and well-being of our clients, we manage every piece of the medical puzzle to ensure our clients lead a fruitful, abundant and independent life.
